Police in USA given permission to install secret video cameras on private property without consent

WASHINGTON, DC., November 5, 2012: Do you want police looking at your naked wife while you're away on a business trip? Do you want them peering inside your children's bedrooms at night? What would you do if you found out that this was already occurring in your home? But that may just about have become legal for the authorities to do.

Court OKs secret cameras_webA federal court has joined the US Justice Department in letting police install secret cameras on your private property, with neither your consent nor a search warrant. U.S. District Judge William Griesbach ruled that it is "reasonable" for several “covert digital surveillance cameras” to be installed on private property.

Think about this the next time you are doing private or intimate activities in your own home. So much for the government existing to "protect" Americans’ privacy rights, as Big Brother now has a carte blanche to monitor all of your activities – whether you know it or not.

And it is not just thus in the USA. In Germany a so-called “Federal Trojan” is in use by the police and security services that allows them to turn your computer against you by using the microphone and the web cam to watch you and they also are able to manipulate files on your hard drives.

As far as the US is concerned the authorities need no warrant for the installation of cameras in your home and they can, literally, break in to install them and such break ins would be nigh on impossible to be detected by the ordinary citizen.

To say “welcome to the Fourth Reich” might not be an understatement and the GDR Stasi had nothing on those guys and their determination at all.

In the new free world only the top people are free and the rest of us are considered terrorists and dissidents (and I always thought that dissent was legal in a democratic society) and will be monitored, even in the privacy of our homes.

Let the reader beware and take precautions...
